Google Analytics 4

This website utilizes Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track an monitor user interaction. This data will be used to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our website and to see their journey through the site.

GA4 data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser etc. is recorded but none of this information identifies you as a person.

GA4 also records your device’s IP addres which potentially could be used to identify you, but Google does not share this information with us.

Contact and download forms

If you communicate with us using our contact forms – like the one found on https://www.primo.com/contact/send-a-message/send-a-message or access gated content from our website, your information will be stored in our backend and sent to us using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP).

Information will then be stored in our email system and may be used for further processing in our CRM system.


Email newsletters

If you join one of our newsletters the email address you submit will be forwarded to Brevo who provides our email marketing services. We consider Brevo a third-party data processor.

Your email address and other data will remain in our database as long as we continue to use email marketing services or until you specifically request removal from our system. You will be able to do this by using the UNSUBSCRIBE link enclosed in all marketing emails sent by us.

You may also request removal from the mail system by sending an email to newsletter@primo.com. While your email address is in our newsletter subscription database, you will receive periodic newsletters – approximately 10 times yearly.

Our newsletters will contain information about our products and services, market-related news and events + invitations to meet us at tradeshows.


Login to product catalogues

If you sign up as a user of our product catalogues we automatically collect and store data related to any input or submission you provide on the site.

When signed in to our product catalogues we store and protect the content you provide by use of our services.

How long do we store your information

We will retain any information collected for the time necessary to fulfill purposes outlined on consent pages related to the individual collection point.
