Primo has sold off all Russian activities
Due to the situation and challenging business environment in Russia, Primo has decided to stop production in Russia permanently and sell off all activities.
Primo has sold off its production and entire presence on the Russian market from 17 June 2022.
The buyer is a customer of Primo, Russia-based Frostor.
Frostor will continue the profile production and guarantees the complete take-over of serving the Russian market with custom-made plastic profiles.
Primo provides consultancy assistance to the extent necessary concerning tool design for a shorter period.
