Droplet separators for advanced air handling units
Our high quality plastic lamellas for droplet separators in air washers or as condensate separators in ventilation systems prevent condensate from accumulating in the HVAC system, which can cause damage to ducts, equipment and even the building structure. We offer a variety of shapes and sizes to suit different HVAC configurations. They are designed to drain the collected condensate to a collection point where it can be properly disposed of.

Another innovation is the Air-Con blade profile, which offers a 100% recycled high performance solution with good strength and stiffness.
Our glass fibre reinforced polycarbonate offers over 200 times lower thermal conductivity, making it ideal for cooler environments. Primo blades are highly resistant to salt (sea conditions) and chloride in aerosols (commonly found in low concentrations, such as in swimming pools). The material mix is enhanced with antimicrobial additives and the design supports compatibility with standard hardware.
